Compensation: $ 55,000-$65,000

Vacancy Reason: New Position

Key Responsibilities

• Providing end-user support
• Installing and configuring hardware
• Installing and configuring software
• Troubleshooting and supporting printers
• Managing and resolving helpdesk tickets
• Maintaining inventory of spare parts and equipment
• Assisting with network support

Education Requirements:

• Completed minimum College certification in computer systems.
• ComTIA certification would be an asset

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Capable of following directions, policies, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Maintains composure in high-pressure situations
• Exhibits a positive attitude

Security Requirements:

• We conduct a criminal Record Check on all new hires
• We conduct a Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) Check on all new hires; must be able to give 3 references to help verify your identity
