Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking a skilled ERP Analyst to join our team and enhance the performance of our Divisional Enterprise Resource Planning system. You’ll drive system optimization, support key business functions, and collaborate across departments to align the Divisional business with organizational goals. If you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoy improving processes through tech, we’d love to meet you.
- Maintain and optimize ERP system modules at Magellan-Haley Division
- Ensure departments are aligned to business requirements and use the ERP effectively
- Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly while working with Corporate IT Team
- Develop documentation, user guides and training materials for Haley Division
- Train staff on ERP functionalities and best practices
- Coordinate enhancements with Corporate IT
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across the ERP system
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements
- Support system integration efforts
- Participate in cross-functional technology initiatives
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university or college, or equivalent education and experience.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong understanding of workflows across Finance, HR, Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, Quality and Operations
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with ERP upgrades and implementations preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
Security Requirements:
- We conduct a criminal Record Check on all new hires
- We conduct a Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) Check on all new hires; must be able to give 3 references to help verify your identity
Work Conditions:
- The ideal candidate will be able to work 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime as needed
- All staff must wear CSA approved footwear, hearing protection and safety glasses when entering the production floor
