SALARY: $75 000 to $85 000

Magellan Aerospace Haley division is nestled in the Ottawa Valley one hour north of the Capital, Ottawa, Ontario Haley Ontario - Bing Maps. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure smooth ERP system operations throughout the Division.
- Support ERP data accuracy through validation, documentation, and ongoing integrity checks.
- Evaluate system usability and propose improvements to enhance business processes.
- Deliver Tier 3 technical support, facilitate end-user training, and act as a liaison between Divisional and Corporate IT teams.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, escalating complex technical challenges as needed.
- Conduct data analysis and produce reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Utilize data mining techniques to extract actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or a related field from a recognized university or college, or equivalent experience.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Required:

- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations (e.g., production planning, quality, supply chain, or operations).
- Strong computer literacy with exposure to ERP systems, databases, and business software.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred:
- At least 1 year of experience with an ERP system such as Cincom, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with process mapping, VSM or workflow documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel macros, or data analysis tools

Security Requirements:
- We conduct a criminal Record Check on all new hires.
- We conduct a Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) Check on all new hires; must be able to give 3 references to help verify your identity.
Work Conditions:
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
- CSA-approved footwear, hearing protection, and eye protection are mandatory on the plant floor.
- Eye and hearing protection are provided by Magellan Aerospace.
